Make It Prints LLC (“Make It Prints,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, or customer feedback. Any updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page frequently, as the most recent version of this Policy will apply whenever you place an order with Make It Prints.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Make It Prints ships all packages via trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Our standard service (“Standard Shipping”) is UPS Ground or Economy Shipping (UPS SurePost for residential addresses). Shipping charges are calculated based on carrier rates and may vary over time. Saturday delivery is not available.
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed to the carrier. If you choose to pick up your order in person, ownership and risk of loss transfer when you (or your representative) take possession of it.
Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer’s personal shipping account with UPS or any other carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product type. While Make It Prints makes every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping timelines are not guaranteed due to reliance on third-party carriers. If you have time-sensitive materials, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.
Your estimated shipping time is in addition to your selected production turnaround time. Add both times together to estimate your total delivery window. We strongly recommend that time-sensitive projects use an expedited shipping method.
Production Sites & Fulfillment
We partner with multiple production facilities across the U.S. to ensure efficient delivery. Orders are typically assigned based on proximity to your delivery address. Certain specialty products may be produced at designated sites, and shipping rates and times will be calculated from those locations.
We reserve the right to reassign production sites if needed due to equipment issues, natural disasters, or capacity constraints. If a change affects your estimated shipping time, you may be notified by email.
Multiple Shipments & Packaging
Each product ordered may ship separately and incur individual shipping charges. Delivery times can vary between products or packages. Combined shipping for multiple orders is not guaranteed. Packages exceeding size or weight limits may be divided into multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers. We cannot guarantee that all boxes will arrive on the same day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your delivery address is a valid street address (including ZIP code) and include a phone number for contact purposes. Make It Prints is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Shipments may be delayed if payment or credit card details are incorrect. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such delays.
International Shipping
Make It Prints may ship to international destinations on a case-by-case basis. All pricing is in U.S. dollars and covers product and shipping costs only. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Please contact our Shipping Department at info@makeitlabus.com for an international shipping quote and availability. We reserve the right to decline orders to certain countries.
Address Changes & Reshipments
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you may do so only before the order is out for delivery. Each address intercept or rerouting request incurs an administrative fee of $12.35 plus any additional shipping charges imposed by the carrier. You authorize Make It Prints to charge these fees to the credit card used for the original order.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, customer refusal, or failure to pick up the order, reshipment fees will apply. If you decline reshipment, you remain responsible for the product cost, original shipping, and return fees.
Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, unexpected events may delay delivery. These include (but are not limited to): carrier delays, weather conditions, equipment failures, customs issues, strikes, natural disasters, acts of war, and other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or credit.
Holiday Schedules
National and carrier holidays may affect production and delivery times. Please consider these periods when placing orders with tight deadlines.
Delivery Signatures
For residential deliveries, carriers may not require a signature and may leave the package at the door at their discretion. If you require a signature confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing your order to arrange it.
